Lenny Kravitz tells Billboard that he is almost done his follow-up to 2011's "Black And White America". Kravitz says he was working on this new album, titled "Negrophilia", but put it aside to record "Black And White America". He adds the next record is “very funky” and “a very raw, jagged-edge album”.

Creed and Alter Bridge guitarist Mark Tremonti has announced that his forthcoming solo album will be titled "All I Was" and arrive in the spring of 2012.

Norah Jones will release a new album entitled "Little Broken Hearts", a collaboration with producer and musician Danger Mouse. The disc does not have an exact release date, but it will be out this spring via Blue Note/EMI.

After Black Sabbath announced that guitar legend Tony Iommi has been diagnosed with the early stages of lymphoma, Iommi posted a statement on his official website to thank fans for their support. The group has been writing and recording a new album in Los Angeles with producer Rick Rubin, but now they have moved operations to the U.K. so they can continue to work with Iommi as he gets medical attention.

Eve 6 will release "Speak In Code", their long-awaited fourth studio album, on April 24. This is their first record since 2003's "It's All In Your Head".

Halestorm will release their new single, "Love Bites (And So Do I)", to iTunes on January 24. The band will release a new studio album later this year.

In This Moment have started work on their new album with producer Kevin Churko. A summer release is expected.

Lamb Of God will unleash "Resolution", the follow-up to their Grammy nominated album "Wrath", on January 24.

The Wallflowers will enter the studio in January to begin work on their first new album since 2005's "Rebel, Sweetheart".eist will release "Metals", the follow-up to her breakthrough 2007 album "The Reminder"

Daryl Hall is currently mixing his first new solo album in a dozen years, called "Laughing Down Crying".

Slash will begin pre-production for his second solo record in June; Alter Bridge frontman Myles Kennedy will handle vocals for the entire album.

Cavo have begun work on their sophomore album with David Bendeth, who also produced 2009's "Bright Nights Dark Days". Right now the release date is not set.

Billy Corgan has released via twitter the tracklisting for The Smashing Pumpkins' upcoming record. An official release date for the 13-song album titled "Oceania", has yet to be set.

No Doubt have pushed back the release of their first album in a decade because the new material isn't ready yet. The group's last studio album, "Rock Steady", came out in 2001 and the band went on hiatus in 2004 to concentrate on other projects.

The Used have set "Vulnerable" as the title of their fifth record, due in February 2012; the album will be the first released via their own label, Dental Records.
